I had eaten here in the past and was largely unimpressed; "It feels like a place your grandparents praised 50 years ago but just isn't as good now." My recent trips there have been far tastier. The service was never an issue and has always been prompt and polite. The portions are filling and the taste is everything you want in a hometown diner. The lunch and dinner menu tastes a bit better than the breakfast menu which I believe is the reason for my improved score; I had only ever come for breakfast. Their coconut cream pie is delicious, which is surprising to say as I don't usually care for that dessert.

We were looking for a place to host a surprise birthday party. Hills was very affordable and the whole process was pretty stress free. The food was good and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. We would definitely use Hills again for any event. Thank you to Hills and the staff for everything.

Good old fashioned type diner with whatever type of meal you want. Breakfast at dinner... Sure. Hamburger Steaks & gravy with mashed taters and green beans at 8am. Yes please. Portions are healthy and the staff are friendly and accommodating. Do yourself a favor and stop thru.

The music was a bit outdated but the facility was clean and attractive. The food was excellent and tasted like it was directly out of moms kitchen. The chicken noodle soup was the best that I've had in any restaurant setting. The spaghetti was not ov r cook Ed and the sauce, though mild, was savory. My son had the foot long hot dog, and Mac and cheese. He enjoyed both. The service was great and the wait staff helpful. We would definitely eat here again.

Varied menu, something for everyone! Helpful and attentive waitress, very personable. Had an enjoyable lunch, in a quiet place, catching up with friends i haven't seen for 6 months. Will visit again.
